Our Team
We are an independent family-owned investment office. Although we are happy to connect with other investors, we do not offer any financial or investment services directly.
Through our UK-based FCA-regulated subsidiary, Little Square Capital, we offer confidential, unconflicted, and strategic financial and investment consulting services to corporations.
Co-founder & CIO
Johan Rode oversees the strategic direction of the company and leads the Investment Acquisition department.
As a member of the Managing Board, he is also responsible for Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.
Johan studied industrial engineering, and holds a degree in Business Science (finance, accounting, and economics) from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), accredited by the CFA Institute.
Co-founder & Head of Investments
Kalinka Andjelopolj leads our Investment Management and Distribution department, alongside the Communication, Marketing, and Legal divisions.
Kalinka holds a degree in finance and economics from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), accredited by the CFA Institute.
Prior to 2015, Kalinka built her expertise in equities distribution at the U.S. investment bank, Citigroup.
